MILLIE'S CSA F.A.Q.

REGISTRATIONS FOR OUR FALL 2015 CSA ARE NOW CLOSED. CHECK BACK FOR INFORMATION
REGARDING OUR WINTER 2016 CSA IN EARLY DECEMBER.

What is a CSA?
CSA stands for "Community Supported Agriculture."
It is a program that allows farmers and small business owners to sell farm-raised products direct to consumers.

Can I choose my own flavors?
It is our goal that each week's flavor be unique and/or seasonal yet appealing to a broad audience; the surprise is part of the fun.
You can see a list of our recent flavors here.

Do you offer anything for vegan folks?
Yes! You can opt for sorbet only, just e-mail us.

How fresh is the ice cream?
Very Fresh! We make our ice cream 1-2 days before delivery to assure the perfect creamy texture!

What if I won't be home during my scheduled delivery time?
No problem. Just leave a small cooler filled with ice on your front porch. If you are out of town, please arrange to have a neighbor take your ice cream and tell us ahead of time.

What if I am home, but I don't hear the doorbell?
We will call you at the number listed in your registration form.

What if I don't hear the doorbell, and I miss your phone call?
You will have to retrieve your ice cream at our facility in Homewood.

How do you keep the ice cream cold?
Your ice cream will be on dry ice up until the very last minute when we deliver to your front door.
