How much does it cost?
We offer a variety of packages and custom options, starting at $7 per person. We are happy to work with your budget, and to create custom pricing options for qualifying non-profits. What kind of events do you cater?
There is nothing we can't do! Weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, employee appreciation & office parties, graduation parties, birthday parties, school socials, block parties, family reunions: basically, we love to party. We can tailor our sundae, beverage, and ice cream truck packages to meet your needs for a totally custom ice cream catering experience.
Do you have ice cream trucks?
We sure do! We have a fleet of trucks in Pittsburgh, PA and Jacksonville, FL - we are happy to work with you to determine the truck and team that's available for your unique event.
Can you cater events both indoors and outdoors?
We can! If a truck is not an appropriate vehicle for bringing ice cream to your next event, we have many options for indoor (and outdoor!) sundae bars, sundae box deliveries, and more.
Do we need to provide...
Electricity? Running water? Trash removal? Insurance riders? Whatever is required by the venue, we will be sure to plan for and accommodate. But don't worry - if electricity is not available, we're still prepared to keep our ice cream cold and serving at top-quality!
How many people can you accommodate?
We can do events from 2 to 20,000! Our team will work with you to determine the correct approach for your event and crowd size.
What are your available dates?
We cater 24/7/365 - to find out if your preferred date is available, complete the form at left or email catering@millieshomemade.com! We kindly request 24 hours for pickup orders and a minimum of 14 days for truck and delivery - but let us know if you have a last-minute request and we will always do our best to accommodate.
What flavors can we choose from?
Our mainstay flavors are always available: Chad's Vanilla, Best Chocolate, Coffee Break, Cookie Dough, Backyard S'mores, Cookies 'n' Cream, Dairy Free Mango, and Dairy Free Brownie Batter. Our seasonal flavors are made fresh & change frequently, so our team will provide you with available selections the week before your event.
What is your travel radius?
We cater indoor events and truck events all over Pittsburgh and the surrounding counties (Washington, Westmoreland, Beaver, Butler, Armstrong), as well as the greater Jacksonville, FL metropolitan area, including Ponte Vedra Beach and St. Augustine. Our trucks have been known to travel further, so if you have an event out of territory, don't hesitate to reach out! Additional travel fees may apply.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We are equipped to handle most forms of payment through Square payment processing systems, data/Wifi permitting.
