This ice cream was dreamed up by our friend Nicole, who runs our Wexford Franchise location. It includes Guittard mini chocolate chips, chopped pistachios, and pieces of our house-made waffle cones that are spun into a ricotta base to make this near perfect approximation of the classic Sicilian dessert.
