This flavor was created to honor the work of the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank, and was inspired by two items food banks historically receive in generous supply: bread, and bananas. We spun a velvety banana ice cream and mixed in loads of buttery toasted breadcrumbs - and then added a handful of mini chocolate chips, just to sweeten the battle that is fighting food insecurity. $1 from every pint sold will be donated to the GPCFB.
