For Pride Month 2022, we decided to put together a spin on the Bellini Peach Sorbet with Prosecco, FDA-approved edible glitter and a raspberry jam ripple.
Our sorbets are just the right texture, not too crunchy (like granita) but having enough texture to be compelling.
